If i transplant my hollyhock plant will it bloom this year?

Yes it is a hardy plant it will do fine. Make sure to as much of the roots as you can.

Hollyhock is a biennial plant. That means one year it has vegetation and the next year it blooms and sets seed. If this plant came up last then this is the year to bloom. Moving should be fine as long as you get a large section of dirt around it so you don't disturb the roots much.
Reply:Maybe, it can be stressful for the bush, my advice would be to wait till fall to transplant it, but my guess is no it wont bloom
